camshaft / crankshaft front seal - rascal/super carry

this is the front crankshaft and camshaft seal for the F10A engine as fitted to the Bedford rascal, super carry and all derivatives such as Bambi, Nipper etc..

We would strongly suggest you change these when changing the cam belt/water pump etc.. as if they start to leak, the oil will soon destroy the cambelt.

hook the old seal out, apply oil inner and outer or a smear of wellseal or other compound to the outer edge and oil the inner lip, then drift in place with a socket or tube the diameter of the seal outer, using a rubber hammer or similar.
